FRAXE is a form of nonsyndromic X-linked mental retardation (NS-XLMR) characterized by mild intellectual deficit. FRAXE is the most common form of NS-XLMR.

Clinodactyly of the 5th finger

Clinodactyly refers to a bending or curvature of the fifth finger in the radial direction (i.e., towards the 4th finger).
