Congenital sodium diarrhea

Congenital sodium diarrhea is characterized by severe watery diarrhea containing high concentrations of sodium, hyponatremia and metabolic acidosis.

Optic nerve coloboma

A cleft of the optic nerve that extends inferiorly.
