CONCLUSIONS We present the first case of a patient with acute-on-chronic liver failure with subacute Budd-Chiari syndrome, which was triggered by bacterial pneumonia and was successfully treated by live-donor liver transplantation from a donor with antiphospholipid antibody syndrome. | ||
