Achondroplasia

A form of chondrodysplasia, characterized by rhizomelia, exaggerated lumbar lordosis, brachydactyly, and macrocephaly with frontal bossing and midface hypoplasia.

Telecanthus

Distance between the inner canthi more than two standard deviations above the mean (objective); or, apparently increased distance between the inner canthi.
