Cutis marmorata telangiectatica congenita

Cutis marmorata telangiectatica congenita (CMTC) is a congenital localized or generalized vascular anomaly characterized by a persistent cutis marmorata pattern with a marbled bluish to deep purple appearance, spider nevus-like telangiectasia, phlebectasia and, occasionally, ulceration and atrophy of the affected skin.

Hemiparesis

Loss of strength in the arm, leg, and sometimes face on one side of the body. Hemiplegia refers to a complete loss of strength, whereas hemiparesis refers to an incomplete loss of strength.

There are no previous reports in the literature of CGF associated with cutis marmorata telangiectatica congenita (CMTC), hemiatrophy, or porencephaly with hemiparesis, although CMTC has been seen in conjunction with hemiatrophy.
