A rare disorder characterized by uni- or bilateral avascular necrosis (AVN) of the femoral head in children.

Postaxial polydactyly

A form of polydactyly in which the extra digit or digits are localized on the side of the fifth finger or fifth toe.

We report a six year old male with mental retardation, postaxial polydactyly and syndactyly, atrichia congenita totalis, severe seborrhoeic dermatitis, recurrent staphylococcal skin sepsis, and Perthes' disease of the hip.
