Nager syndrome

A congenital malformation syndrome characterized by mandibulofacial dystosis (malar hypoplasia, micrognathia, external ear malformations) and variable preaxial limb defects.

Anal atresia

Congenital absence of the anus, i.e., the opening at the bottom end of the intestinal tract.
