We report a case of pericardial tamponade due to SLE with severe hemodynamic involvement in a 21-year-old woman associated to rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis, acute pancreatitis, acute acalculous cholecystitis, pleural effusion, hematologic, cutaneous and neurologic lupus activity.
