Our case fulfils the diagnostic criteria for microscopic polyangiitis (microscopic polyarteritis, MPA), namely a segmental necrotizing and crescentic glomerulonephritis associated with extrarenal vasculitis involving small-sized vessels, without granulomas or asthma. |
