A rare condition characterized by the presence of juvenile hamartomatous polyps in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract.

Macrocephaly

Occipitofrontal (head) circumference greater than 97th centile compared to appropriate, age matched, sex-matched normal standards. Alternatively, a apparently increased size of the cranium.
