Caudal regression sequence

Caudal regression sequence is a rare congenital malformation of the lower spinal segments associated with aplasia or hypoplasia of the sacrum and lumbar spine.

Aortopulmonary window

A congenital anomaly with an abnormal connection between the aorta and the main pulmonary artery resulting in an aortopulmonary shunt.

We report an infant with caudal regression sequence diagnosed with interrupted aortic arch type B and type III aortopulmonary window, who was found to have anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the right pulmonary artery at surgical repair.
