Caudal regression sequence

Caudal regression sequence is a rare congenital malformation of the lower spinal segments associated with aplasia or hypoplasia of the sacrum and lumbar spine.

Interrupted aortic arch type B

Non-continuity of the aortic arch with an atretic point or absent segment between the left carotid and subclavian arteries.

We report an infant with caudal regression sequence diagnosed with interrupted aortic arch type B and type III aortopulmonary window, who was found to have anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the right pulmonary artery at surgical repair.
