Lamellar ichthyosis

Lamellar ichthyosis (LI) is a keratinization disorder characterized by the presence of large scales all over the body without significant erythroderma.

An abnormal curvature of the spine in both a coronal (lateral) and sagittal (back-to-front) plane.
