Glutamate-cysteine ligase deficiency

A disorder that is principally characterized by hemolytic anemia, (usually rather mild), however, the presence of neurological symptoms has also been reported.

Hemolytic anemia

A type of anemia caused by premature destruction of red blood cells (hemolysis).
