The Yunis-Varon syndrome is a rare hereditary disorder with ectodermal and skeletal anomalies that include agenesis or hypoplasia of the clavicles, craniofacial disproportion with severe micrognathia, digital anomalies, prenatal and postnatal growth deficiency, and neonatal death.
