Goldenhar syndrome

Goldenhar syndrome (GS), also known as oculo-auriculo-vertebral dysplasia (OAV), is a rare developmental syndrome characterized by a classic triad of mandibular hypoplasia resulting in facial asymmetry, ear and/or eye malformations, and vertebral anomalies.

Anomalous pulmonary venous return

A developmental defect characterized by abnormal connection of one or more pulmonary veins to the superior or inferior vena cava, the right atrium, or the coronary sinus, resulting in a left-to-right shunt of oxygenated blood.
