	The pathological diagnosis from lymph node biopsy suggested multicentric Castleman's disease of the plasma cell type; however, the presence of high IL-6 levels, myelofibrosis, thrombocytopenia, anasarca, renal dysfunction, and hepatosplenomegaly led to a definitive diagnosis of TAFRO syndrome.
