A case of Neurofibromatosis I (NFI) occurring in association with symmetrical peripheral nerve enlargement and multiple hypopigmented macules strikingly limited to the neurofibromas, with normal to minimally reduced sensations, evoking a strong clinical suspicion of co-existent lepromatous leprosy, is being reported.
