We report on an adult patient with cystic fibrosis after double-lung transplantation under triple immunosuppression with non-specific abdominal symptoms and a pancreatic cystic tumor, resulting in the diagnosis of an intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm (IPMN) of the pancreas.
