Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) is a clinically heterogeneous, neurocutaneous genetic disorder characterized by café-au-lait spots, iris Lisch nodules, axillary and inguinal freckling, and multiple neurofibromas.

Orthodromic atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia

A type of atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia (AVRT) where the are the atrioventricular node is used for anterograde conduction and the accessory pathway for retrograde conduction.

We present an unusual case, where the patient with Neurofibromatosis type 1 presented with a wide complex orthodromic atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia (AVRT) and a diagnosis of left posterior paraseptal accessory pathway in association with LVNC.
