	We experienced a case (a 48 year-old male patient) of duodenal ectopic pancreas complicated by chronic pancreatitis and pseudocyst formation of which preoperative imaging findings mimicked a large duodenal submucosal tumor with cystic degeneration such as a leiomyosarcoma.
