Osteosarcoma is a primary malignant tumour of the skeleton characterised by the direct formation of immature bone or osteoid tissue by the tumour cells.

Hypodontia

A developmental anomaly characterized by a reduced number of teeth, whereby up to 6 teeth are missing.

We report two new cases of Rothmund-Thomson syndrome which emphasize the less well-known non-dermatological complications, namely: hypodontia, soft tissue contractures, proportionate short stature, hypogonadism, anaemia and osteogenic sarcoma.
