Cholangiocarcinoma

Cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) is a biliary tract cancer (BTC, see this term) originating in the epithelium of the biliary tree, either intra or extra hepatic.

Biliary hyperplasia

Hyperplasia of the biliary tree, as manifested by increased size of bile ducts, dilated lumen, and histologically by an increased number of epithelial cells or hyperplasia.
