Rett syndrome (RTT) is a severe neurodevelopmental disorder affecting the central nervous system.

Spasticity

A motor disorder characterized by a velocity-dependent increase in tonic stretch reflexes with increased muscle tone, exaggerated (hyperexcitable) tendon reflexes.
