Q fever

Q fever, caused by <i>Coxiella burnetii</i>, is a bacterial zoonosis with a wide clinical spectrum that can be life-threatening and, in some cases, can become chronic.

Hepatic granulomatosis

The presence of multiple granulomas in the liver as based on pathological examination. Granulomas are small 0.5 to 2 mm collections of modified macrophages called epithelioid cells usually surrounded by lymphocytes.
