Retinoblastoma

A rare eye tumor disease representing the most common intraocular malignancy in children. It is a life threatening neoplasia but is potentially curable and it can be hereditary or non hereditary, unilateral or bilateral.

Epistaxis, or nosebleed, refers to a hemorrhage localized in the nose.

Our case is a 29 year old man with a past medical history significant for surgical resection followed by irradiation at age 1 for retinoblastoma who presented with right sided epistaxis and nasal obstruction.
