Seckel syndrome

Seckel syndrome is a type of microcephalic primordial dwarfism that is characterized by a proportionate dwarfism of prenatal onset, a severe microcephaly, a typical dysmorphic face (bird-like), and mild to severe intellectual disability.

Papule

A circumscribed, solid elevation of skin with no visible fluid, varying in size from a pinhead to less than 10mm in diameter at the widest point.

We describe a 5-year-old girl with classic Seckel syndrome who presented with moderately severe atopic dermatitis and diffuse hypopigmented macules and papules.
