A very rare disorder characterised by craniosynostosis with midface hypoplasia, radiohumeral synostosis, femoral bowing and joint contractures.

Proximal femoral focal deficiency is a deformity manifested by hypoplasia of a variable portion of the femur with shortening of the entire limb.
