This is a case of a 15-year-old nonverbal, developmentally delayed boy with history of Fragile X syndrome (FXS), autistic spectrum disorder, Pierre Robin sequence (PRS), subglottic stenosis, and ongoing obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), who required aggressive surgical intervention.
