Congenital ptosis

Congenital ptosis is characterized by superior eyelid drop present at birth.

Microcornea

A congenital abnormality of the cornea in which the cornea and the anterior segment of the eye are smaller than normal. The horizontal diameter of the cornea does not reach 10 mm even in adulthood.

We report a case of unilateral congenital ptosis which is associated with ocular and systemic congenital malformations including mild microphthalmia, microcornea, cataract, iris and chorioretinal coloboma, ectopic kidney, and ventricular septal defect.
