Typhoid

Typhoid or typhoid fever is a reportable, fecal-oral, potentially fatal infectious disease, caused by the bacteria <i>Salmonella typhi</i> and characterized by a non-focal fever.

Cough

A sudden, audible expulsion of air from the lungs through a partially closed glottis, preceded by inhalation.

We report a patient with supraclavicular lymph node metastasis from an undetectable adenocarcinoma of the transverse colon, who presented with cough and was diagnosed with typhoid fever, bronchitis as well as liver metastasis.
