Thymoma

Thymoma is a thymic epithelial neoplasm (TEN; see this term), a rare malignancy that arises from the epithelium of the thymic gland.

Neck pain

An unpleasant sensation characterized by physical discomfort (such as pricking, throbbing, or aching) localized to the neck.
